What to Expect

Things you should know to help your treatments be more beneficial for your healing:

What to expect: You can expect to be treated with respect. Your modesty will be respected at all times. A sheet will be provided, however, most people find that it gets in the way of the treatment and prefer not to use it. However, it is completely up to you because you are in control during your treatment. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to talk with me about them.

What to wear: To release fascial restrictions, it is necessary for me to touch your skin. Men may choose to wear loose stretchy shorts or swim trunks. If you are more comfortable, you may wear a loose t-shirt as well. Women may wear loose stretchy shorts and their regular bra or a sports bra or a two-piece swim suit. If you are more comfortable doing so, you may wear a loose T-shirt as well.

Important Note about Lotions and Hair Products: In order to find and release restrictions, it is important that my hands do not slide on your skin. Even natural body oils can interfere with the treatment. Therefore if at all possible, I ask that you come for treatment with clean dry skin, free of any lotions or oils. This will allow your treatment to be more effective.

Some hair products interfere with treatment of the head and neck. If at all possible, please come with clean dry hair as well.

I love to treat healthy children and those who have experienced some trauma as soon after birth as possible and for as long as they need me.
